No more blocked tubes – use spirovent

Spirovent systems use a unique method to condition the fluids in a closed circulation system. It can be put to good use for the floor heating systems used in very cold countries. There are many methods to heat up the room; one of them being the hydronic heating system. In Hydronic heating systems, heated water is circulated in the tubes which are placed under the floor to keep it warm.

The water moving under the floor can face problems of blocked tubes due to the presence of air in the water. It could develop pockets of air which would not allow the clear passage of water. Air free water also reduces the corrosion which in turn reduces the recurring expenditure of replacements. In other systems, frequent purging and bleeding problems may arise which are absent, if spirovent is used. The other irritating factor of air filled water is the gurgling sound which one can get rid of by using such efficient systems.

The air separator used in the spirovent systems use a spiratube. The design of this tube is patented. The efficiency of the system depends on the separation of air that takes place in this chamber. A copper tube with woven copper wire in it containing coalesce is the main feature which separates it from the rest of the products. The air separator removes up to 99.6 percent of air from the water. It provides opportunity for the smallest bubbles of air to bind with the medium and rise.

The water filled with air is passed through the tube where the velocity is reduced and the air gets ample opportunity to bind with the medium to get absorbed. This in turn enables the air particles to get expelled using the air eliminator. It removes every kind of air- free, dissolved or the air that is getting pulled along. The air release mechanism is one of its kind and unmatched. The whole unit is fabricated in brass which is very strong and built to last. The warranty given by the manufacturer is twenty years. The spirotherm technology increases the efficiency of the hydronic system. They reduce the annoying noise to a great extent.
